Mentorships
The FASS Mentorship Programme (FMP) was established to provide a link between current students and FASS alumni. Providing guidance and words of wisdom on life outside the classroom, established alumni and friends of FASS act as mentors to guide our students professionally. It is an enriching experience for both students and mentors as they share their knowledge and experiences and in the process, enhance their bonds as a part of the FASS family.
The programme is year-long starting from August to July of the following year. It will consist of:
-
Minimum of 4 meetings, which may take the form of email exchanges, phone chats, tea/lunch chats, or office visits
-
Meetings could include advice on matters relating to area of expertise, work and life outside the University, career path development, and matters relating to professional practices.
