Ganga SASIDHARAN

I would best describe my education and career as checkered, having done both arts and management studies and managerial and entrepreneurial roles. I have a BA in English Lge. and Lit., from the University of Kerala and MBA from Cochin University of Science and Technology, India. After graduation, I enjoyed my work in HR and Corporate Communications with a leading Indian national daily in Mumbai and a British MNC in Chennai for over five years, before taking a career break and moving to the US. While in New Jersey, I realized the shortage of English-speaking talent in the software outsourcing industry and set up Improve English Foundation, a non-profit organization to enable non-native users of English to pursue career opportunities through harnessing the power of English. In early 2006, I moved to Singapore and in Jan 2007, I started on my doctoral studies at CNM.
