MC Exchange Ratios for SEP

This list refers to a full semester load for their students at some of our partner universities and it is equivalent to 20 MC which is the normal semester load at NUS. Please look at the individual partner university information carefully. This is not an exhaustive list. This list will be made known to students so that they know for any given module, the number of MCs they are allocated.

For students who read courses on summer school, please also use this list to figure out the number of MCs that is attached to the course that you are doing. For example, if you are doing a 6 credit course at a ANU summer school, then it is worth 6/24 X 20 MC = 5 MC at NUS.

Please also note that where the Department has mapped an actual NUS code for any of your courses at SEP or Summer School, the MC ratio indicated here for that university will still apply. The course may not be worth 4 MC. For example if you did a Sociology course at Fudan University that is worth 2 credits at Fudan and Sociology maps it to a SC2204. This course will only receive 3 MC (2 credits/15 X 20 MC) and not 4 MC and a dummy code in Sociology will be given to you.
