SCHOLARSHIPS

Graduate students can apply for NUS research scholarships and conference grants. The University offers attractive bond-free research scholarships on a competitive basis which provide full-time MA and PhD candidates with a monthly stipend of S$1,500 and a full research subsidy. The Japan Foundation and Sanwa Bank Foundation also offer scholarships and grants for current graduate students wishing to pursue short term graduate training and study in Japan.
