PLEASE NOTE:
Given the main objective of introducing students to the work environment, there should be specific relevant projects and/or learning objectives for the students. It would be appreciated if a reporting supervisor could be appointed to be responsible for the learning outcome of the intern and to ensure that the established objectives are met. At the end of the internship period, the supervisor and intern will be requested to complete a 1-page progress report / feedback form to be submitted to the Faculty.
The recommended remuneration for an intern is $650 or more per month and is to be mutually agreed upon between the employer and the intern. Allowances paid to students under this Internship Programme are exempt from Central Provident Fund contributions.
