By Public Bus and Mass Rapid Transit (MRT)

From Clementi MRT station, walk to the bus interchange and take Service Number 96. Alight at the first bus stop after Entrance B. Cross the road and walk towards Car Park 16. Walk past LT13 and turn left to Arts Link.

From Buona Vista MRT Station, take the overhead bridge to the bus stop in front of the Ministry of Education (North Buona Vista Road) and board Service Number 95. The bus will enter NUS from the National University Hospital (NUH) and loop at Kent Ridge Terminal. Alight at Kent Ridge Terminal and walk up the staircase to Car Park 15. Walk up the slope towards AS7.
