| POSTGRADUATE DEGREES OFFERED |
We offer 4 research programmes leading to the degrees of
- Master of Social Sciences (Sociology) or
- Doctor of Philosophy (Sociology or Anthropology)
- Cultural Studies in Asia PhD (CSA-PhD)
The research degree provides specialised training through independent investigation, study and experimental work, culminating in the submission of a thesis on the research undertaken. A supervisor or supervisors will be appointed for each candidate. PhD students will be assigned thesis committees (TC). Candidates are required to attend appropriate lectures and sit for written examinations. |
