Note:

1. Students intending to graduate in Special Term (Part 1) or Special Term (Part 2), AY 2010-11 should file for graduation online via the Graduation and Academic Planning System (GAPS) from Thu, 9 Jun - Mon 13 Jun 2011 (by 5pm). Students MUST classify ALL their modules before they can FFG.

2. Students intending to graduate in Special Term (Part 1), AY 2010-11 but have missed the earlier deadline MUST FILE FOR GRADUATION MANUALLY at the Dean’s Office during the period Thu, 30 Junl - Mon, 4 Jul 2010 (by 5pm). Students must complete a manual classification of all their modules before they can FFG.

Please note that you will be conferred the degree in September 2011 but will only be able to attend Commencement in 2012.

3. Students intending to graduate in Special Term (Part 2), AY 2010-11 but have missed the earlier deadline MUST FILE FOR GRADUATION MANUALLY at the Dean’s Office during the period Fri, 12 Aug - Mon, 15 Aug 2011 (by 5pm). Students must complete a manual classification of all their modules before they can FFG.
