Withdrawal

There is no formal exit process. Students may decide to discontinue the second major at any time and work towards completing their primary major. They are, however, required to inform the Faculties/Schools if they plan to drop the second major and note the following points:

•  Arising from the withdrawal from the second major, excess modules if any, will not    count towards the graduation requirements, but the grades will be factored into the    students' CAP.

•  If the students would like to read an FASS Second Major again, they are required     to re-apply during the stipulated application period and be considered again.

Double Major students will not be barred from continuing because of poor academic performance but they might be advised by their respective Faculties/Schools against continuing if they are performing badly.
