Student Exchange Programme: What Must I Do?

Report
You will be invited to submit a one page report on your SEP experience when you return. Photographs will be appreciated.

Submission of Overseas Transcript & Transfering of Credits
If you do not receive your transcript after the expected date, please contact the partner University.

Upon receipt of your transcript, complete the Request Form: Transfer of SEP Credits and submit it to the FASS, Dean's Office.

The credit transfer is not automatic; the student must submit the above documents for the transfer at least one and a half months before the start of examinations for the semester that you return to NUS.

Kindly note that there may be a delay in promotion/graduation if the above document is submitted less than one and a half months before the examinations.

If there were any changes to your SEP study plans while you were overseas, please bring along the approval documents/emails. Without approval for the module mapping(s), credits for the SEP module(s) will not be transferred.
